With the Walther Compact Knife Sharpener, you get a versatile tool to keep your knives in top shape. The sharpener offers 2 different sharpening angles – 17° for precise kitchen knives and 25° for sturdy hunting and outdoor knives. Thanks to the 2 different grinding inserts, you achieve optimal results. The carbide inserts with dark, coarse V-grooves provide the basic sharpening, while the ceramic inserts with fine white V-grooves give the edge the fine finish and restore its original sharpness. Handling is simple: hold the knife sharpener with your left hand on the ribbed area and press it onto a non-slip surface.
