The standard M4 is equipped with a 47 cm long barrel and a magazine tube for 7 rounds. With the special telescoping stock, the length of the weapon can be changed and shortened to 13 cm by pressing a designated button. The versatility of the weapon is also shown by the interchangeable stocks: fixed stock and pistol grip stock, both made of fiberglass-reinforced technopolymer and interchangeable without tools. The stock caps, which finish the stocks, also help to reduce the already moderate felt recoil. To fully utilize the weapon's precision, the M4 features a blade sight protected by lateral ribs and an adjustable sighting device. The sighting devices can be equipped with luminescent coatings for shooting in low light.
