The rimmed sister cartridge introduced in 1893 to the 7x57 was developed for combination hunting rifles. Hunting use was always the main focus here – even though today the caliber has lost its significance for shooting from modern firearms. GECO offers a standard load with the 10.7 g soft point bullet that meets all requirements. The effect is flawless with well-placed hits. For this reason, there is now also the GECO ZERO (lead-free) with 8.2 g in this caliber.
