Product Safety and Important Notes

Acquisition Authorization: The bolt-action rifle and the suppressor are items requiring a permit. They are only sold to persons with a valid acquisition authorization.

Intended Use: The firearm may only be used with suitable ammunition in caliber .308 Winchester and in accordance with legal regulations.

Before Use: Firearm, barrel, bolt, magazine, mounting rail, muzzle thread, ERA-LOC socket, and suppressor must be checked before each use for proper fit, free barrel, and visible damage.

Suppressor Mounting: The suppressor may only be used fully and correctly locked on the ERA-LOC socket. Before each shot, it must be checked that the bore axis and suppressor are aligned and that no foreign objects are inside the barrel or suppressor.

Hearing Protection: Even when using a suppressor, suitable hearing protection must be worn. A suppressor does not completely eliminate the health-hazardous gunshot noise.

Temperature: Suppressors can become very hot after just a few shots. Do not touch with bare hands and allow to cool completely before disassembly, transport, or storage. The manufacturer requires the suppressor to be sufficiently cooled after no more than ten shots.

Safe Handling: Always treat every firearm as if it were loaded. The muzzle must always be pointed in a safe direction. Only place your finger on the trigger immediately before firing.

Storage and Transport: Firearm, suppressor, and ammunition must be secured against unauthorized access according to applicable legal regulations. Transport is only allowed unloaded and in a locked container.

Cleaning and Maintenance: Cleaning and maintenance may only be performed on a fully unloaded firearm. The suppressor must be cooled and dry before storage.

Used Goods: A check by a qualified person is recommended before first use. Operating and safety instructions of the respective manufacturers must be observed.
