Frankonia Hunting 12/76

Forest Favorit double-barrel shotgunvery good price-performance ratiowell balancedespecially easy to handleThe double-barrel shotgun Forest Favorit „Jagd“ features a stable wedge lock and is offered exclusively in the popular caliber 12/76.The caliber 12/76 with steel shot load allows for strong shot patterns if needed, which can be an advantage especially for goose hunting. Of course, all 70 mm cartridges in this caliber can also be fired. Double-barrel shotguns are universally usable for both hunting and sport shooting and are generally easier to handle than side-by-side shotguns. With the double-barrel shotgun Forest Favorit, high rates of fire are possible without impairing the shot patterns and without disadvantages for the shooter – the fore-end encloses the lower barrel. The hand does not grip directly on the hot metal as with a side-by-side shotgun.Furthermore, with double-barrel shotguns, the second shot can be fired a bit faster due to the more linear recoil. Visually, this series features particularly beautiful shotguns with ventilated barrel bundles and an engraved receiver with a hunting motif. The barrel length is 71 cm, which suits the handling of this firearm in versatile hunting operations. The single trigger with mechanical switching is very practical and allows for rapid follow-up shots. The Blitz system with a trigger safety on the stock neck is quickly accessible. The stock is made of beautiful walnut wood.Technical data:stable wedge lock7 mm wide ribsingle trigger with mechanical switchingwithout ejectorInterchangeable chokes (1/4, 1/2, 3/4, 1/1)walnut stock with rubber capstock length 37 cm, drop 38/56weight: approx. 3.2 kg
