Right of withdrawal instructions
The buyer, if a consumer (§ 13 BGB), can revoke their contractual declaration within 14 days without giving reasons in text form (e.g. letter, fax, email) or – if the item is handed over before the deadline – also by returning the item. The period begins after receipt of this instruction in text form, but not before receipt of the goods by the recipient (in the case of recurring delivery of similar goods, not before receipt of the first partial delivery) and also not before fulfillment of the seller’s information obligations according to Article 246 § 2 EGBGB in conjunction with § 1 paragraphs 1 and 2 EGBGB as well as its obligations according to § 312g paragraph 1 sentence 1 BGB in conjunction with Article 246 § 3 EGBGB. Timely dispatch of the revocation or the item is sufficient to meet the revocation deadline.

Consequences of revocation
In the event of an effective revocation, the services received by both parties must be returned and surrendered. If the buyer cannot return or surrender the received service and benefits (e.g. usage advantages) to the seller in whole or in part or only in a deteriorated condition, they must compensate the seller accordingly. The buyer must only compensate for deterioration of the item and for derived benefits to the extent that the benefits or deterioration are due to handling of the item beyond testing the properties and functionality. "Testing the properties and functionality" means testing and trying out the respective goods as is possible and usual in a retail store. Items suitable for parcel shipping must be returned at the seller’s cost and risk. Items not suitable for parcel shipping will be collected from the buyer. Obligations to reimburse payments must be fulfilled within 30 days. The period begins for the buyer with the dispatch of their revocation declaration or the item, for the seller with its receipt.
 
 Data protection
1 Personal data is only collected if the customer voluntarily provides it to the seller for contract processing or when registering for the email newsletter. The personal data provided on this occasion is used for contract processing and to handle customer inquiries.
2 The customer's email address is also used for own advertising purposes, provided the customer has expressly consented. The customer can revoke their consent to the seller at any time.
3 The customer's personal data is passed on to the transport company commissioned with delivery as far as necessary for delivery of the goods.
4 After complete processing of the contract, the customer's data is stored with regard to tax and commercial retention periods, but blocked for other uses and deleted after these periods expire, unless the customer has expressly consented to further use of their data.
15 The customer has the right to free information about their stored data and, if applicable, the right to correction, blocking, or deletion of this data. They can contact with questions about collection, processing, or use
