Spartan SpringBok Tripod – MagnaSwitch™

Spartan SpringBok Tripod Tripod – MagnaSwitch™
The Spartan SpringBok Tripod is an especially lightweight and quickly deployable tripod for hunting practice. Weighing only 788 g, it combines high mobility with a stable weapon rest and an exceptionally wide range of use – from low positions to sitting and kneeling positions up to standing shots. The core of the SpringBok Tripod is the flexible SpringBok Silicone Technology. The silicone body reinforced with spring steel allows quick changes in height, tilt, and shooting position without the need to operate levers or other mechanical adjustments on the tripod head. The leg angles can be flexibly used between 0 and 90°, allowing the tripod to adapt very well to uneven or steep terrain. The integrated Spartan MagnaSwitch™ system magnetically connects a weapon equipped with a suitable Spartan adapter to the tripod within seconds. The free swivel range of 360° makes tracking easier, while the flexible head can be additionally stabilized by slight twisting. Binoculars and other compatible optics can also be used on the SpringBok Tripod with a corresponding Spartan adapter. The three legs consist of multilayer carbon fiber and components made of hard-anodized 7075-T7351 aluminum. Rubberized leg locks enable quick and quiet height adjustment. At a natural leg angle, the working height ranges from about 89 to 152 cm. For particularly low positions, the legs can be spread wide; Spartan specifies a recommended minimum height of around 7.6 cm.The modular system is compatible with Spartan M14 legs and can thus be adapted to different conditions. Steel-tipped aluminum feet provide secure footing on soft ground, grass, and uneven terrain. With a minimum transport length of around 92 cm, the tripod remains easy to carry despite its large height range.Important note:No weapon adapter is included with the tripod. To use the MagnaSwitch™ mount, a Spartan Classic adapter suitable for the respective weapon is required, for example, a Classic Rifle, Picatinny, M-LOK, ARCA, or Gunsmith adapter.Ultra-light hunting tripod weighing only 788 gSpringBok Silicone Technology for especially fast position changesFor prone, sitting, kneeling, and standing shotsWorking height at natural leg angle approx. 89–152 cmFlexible leg angles from 0 to 90°Free swivel range of 360°MagnaSwitch™ quick-change systemCarbon fiber and hard-anodized 7075-T7351 aluminumQuiet, rubberized leg locksModular and compatible with Spartan M14 legsTechnical dataManufacturerSpartan Precision EquipmentModelSpringBok TripodProduct typeTripod / hunting shooting aidMounting systemSpartan MagnaSwitch™Weight788 gMinimum height at natural leg angleapprox. 89 cmMaximum height at natural leg angleapprox. 152 cmRecommended minimum height proneapprox. 7.6 cmLeg angle0–90° flexibleSwivel range360°Minimum transport lengthapprox. 92 cmMaximum transport lengthapprox. 160 cmMaterialSilicone, hard-anodized 7075-T7351 aluminum, multilayer carbon fiber, stainless steelLeg locksRubberized, quiet adjustableFeetAluminum feet with steel tipsModular leg systemCompatible with Spartan M14 leg optionsCaliber clearanceUp to .300 RUMSuitable devicesRifles and compatible optics with corresponding MagnaSwitch™ adapterWeapon adapter includedNoScope of delivery1 × Spartan SpringBok Tripod, pre-assembled
