Spartan Blaser R8 Adapter – MagnaSwitch™ with Sling Swivel Mount
The Spartan Blaser R8 Adapter was specially designed to equip rifles of the Blaser R8 series with the modular Spartan MagnaSwitch™ system. It is mounted on the fore-end and creates a compact interface for compatible Spartan bipods, tripods, and other shooting supports. The adapter replaces the existing attachment point for the rifle sling and is secured with the included M5×16 mm screw. Additionally, a longer M5×70 mm hex socket screw is included. A separate mount on the adapter allows the rifle sling to still be used after installation.
The integrated MagnaSwitch™ interface allows compatible Spartan support systems to be attached and removed within seconds. These include, among others, Javelin and SpringBok bipods, Ascent, Hoplite and Sentinel tripods, SpringBok Quad Sticks, and Davros Heads. This enables a suitably equipped Blaser R8 to be used flexibly with various Spartan products.
The adapter is made from high-strength 7075-T6 aluminum with a hard-anodized black finish. Weighing only 50 g, the additional load on the fore-end remains low, preserving the characteristic handling of the R8 to a large extent.
Compatibility note:
This adapter is specifically intended for the Blaser R8. A bipod or other Spartan MagnaSwitch™ accessories are not included and must be purchased separately.
