We offer here a completely assembled and hunting-ready combination of the CVA Scout TD Thumbhole in caliber .308 Win. and the OPTISAN EVE 2.5-10x50Pi SFP MRAD G4Ai10X.

The compact CVA Scout TD is a handy single-shot break-action rifle with a 46 cm barrel, black thumbhole synthetic stock, Picatinny rail and 5/8-24 UNEF muzzle thread. The 1:8" twist rate also makes the rifle interesting for modern .308 Win. loadings.

The OPTISAN EVE 2.5-10x50Pi is professionally mounted on the existing Picatinny rail with 30 mm KONUS steel rings.

The OPTISAN offers a very versatile hunting application with its 2.5 to 10x magnification and bright 50 mm objective lens. The illuminated G4Ai10X reticle is located in the second focal plane. The adjustment works metrically with 0.1 MRAD or 1 cm at 100 m per click. A side parallax adjustment from approx. 9.1 m to infinity allows adaptation to different shooting distances.

The rifle is sighted in with GECO EXPRESS .308 Win. 10.7 g / 165 gr. The opened pack used for sighting-in or the remaining ammunition is delivered to the buyer. This way, the customer receives the exact loading for which the rifle/scope combination was tuned. The GECO EXPRESS is offered in packaging units of 20 cartridges and contains lead. Additional matching ammunition can be ordered without extra shipping costs.

An interesting combination for hunters who don’t want to source individual components and then have them mounted and sighted separately: unpack, check point of impact, and use for hunting.

The scope is professionally mounted using the KONUS steel rings included in the package. Afterwards, the combination is sighted in with GECO EXPRESS .308 Win. 10.7 g / 165 gr.

Please note: Using a different loading or bullet type may change the point of impact. Also after dismounting or altering the scope or mounts, as well as after strong mechanical impacts, the
Point of impact must be checked before hunting use.

Purchase of the firearm only with a valid acquisition permit.

For the ammunition included in the package, the required ammunition acquisition permit for caliber .308 Win. must also be provided, unless a hunting license is available.

The verification of the required acquisition permits takes place before handover or shipment.

Shipment of firearms and ammunition requiring a permit is carried out exclusively according to legal regulations via a suitable specialized shipping service. Personal pickup by prior appointment is also possible.

Before shooting, check that the barrel is free of foreign objects and that all components, including the scope and mounts, are securely fastened.

Use appropriate eye and hearing protection when shooting.

Unauthorized modifications to safety-relevant parts of the firearm are prohibited. Maintenance and repair work beyond the manufacturer's specifications should only be carried out by appropriately qualified professionals.

Firearm and ammunition must be stored according to applicable legal regulations and secured against unauthorized access.
Safety instructions for the scope

Before mounting, adjusting, or working on the scope, the firearm must be completely unloaded and secured.

Use only mounting rings suitable for the 30 mm main tube and observe the specified tightening torques.

Maintain sufficient eye relief to avoid injury from the firearm's recoil.

Never look directly into the sun, laser beams, or other intense light sources through the scope. There is a risk of severe eye damage.

After mounting, dismounting, strong shocks, or changes to the mounting system, the point of impact must be checked again.

The GECO EXPRESS .308 Win. 10.7 g / 165 gr is to be used exclusively in approved and technically flawless firearms of the corresponding caliber.

Protect ammunition from heat, hot surfaces, sparks, open flames, and other ignition sources. No smoking. Store ammunition dry and according to legal regulations, and out of reach of unauthorized persons. Follow the instructions on the original packaging.
