The .50 BMG (also 12.7x99) is fired from long guns and designed for cartridges up to 146 mm — deliberately above the CIP standard dimension (138.43 mm), for long loadings and long-range bullets.

Caliber-specific fit
Custom-fit slots according to CIP standard dimension – each cartridge sits firmly in its place, play and rattling minimized. The shape follows the caliber, not the drawer.


Hinge lid with latch lock
The lid is attached at the back via a hinge and folds fully backward – the cartridges then stand upright and ready to grab in the securely seated insert. A latch lock at the front keeps the lid securely closed during transport; to open, simply release the catch.


Stable & durable
Solid construction for continuous use – stable standing in the cabinet, well stored in the range bag, reusable instead of disposable packaging.


Caliber marking in multicolor print
The caliber marking is multicolored and directly integrated into the box print – permanent, without stickers and without engraving. In a full gun cabinet, you immediately grab the right box.


For sport shooters, hunters, and reloaders


Reloaders: one box per loading (powder type, charge, bullet) – batch cleanly separated and clearly marked in multicolor print instead of mixed loads.

Made in Westerwald

Made in own production in Westerwald, piece by piece – instead of anonymous import goods. The 3D printing runs largely on solar power from our own 22 kWp photovoltaic system. Material: Filamelt PLA+ 2.0.

Frequently asked questions about the .50 BMG box


Do my reload cartridges fit?
The box is designed for cartridges up to 146 mm — deliberately above the CIP standard dimension (138.43 mm), ideal for long loadings and long-range bullets. Own loadings with longer overall length (long bullets, shallow seating depth) can get tight near the upper OAL limit – if in doubt, ask briefly in advance.


Does the lid jump open?

No. A latch on the front securely holds the hinged lid closed, so it won’t accidentally open during transport. To open, you release the catch with your finger; the lid then folds back. Minor manufacturing tolerances are possible.


Are the boxes suitable for transport?
Yes. As a storage and organization box, it accompanies you in the Range Bag. However, it is not a security container according to WaffG/AWaffV and not an approved hazardous materials packaging.


Can the box withstand heat (e.g. summer trunk)?
Yes, it remains dimensionally stable under normal storage. Prolonged high heat – like in a hot trunk in midsummer – is not suitable for PLA; the box is not designed for that.


What are the tolerances in 3D printing?
Small manufacturing tolerances are normal in 3D printing. This does not affect the firm fit of the cartridges; a slight play remains due to the design, and the bullet tip is protected as much as possible.
