Caliber-specific fit
Each slot is designed to the caliber according to CIP dimensions: the cartridges find a firm hold, play and rattling are minimized as much as possible. Dimensionally accurate design, not improvised.


Hinge lid with latch lock
The lid is attached at the back via a hinge and folds fully backward – the cartridges then stand upright and ready to grab in the securely fitting insert. A latch lock at the front keeps the lid securely closed during transport; to open, simply release the catch.


Stable & durable
Sturdily printed with thick walls: holds together in the gun cabinet, range bag, and at the range. Reusable instead of disposable box.


Caliber marking in multicolor print
The caliber marking is multicolor directly integrated into the box print – permanent, without stickers and without engraving. In a full gun cabinet, you immediately reach for the right box.

Reloaders: one box per load (powder type, charge, bullet) – batch cleanly separated and clearly marked in multicolor instead of mixed loads.

Frequently asked questions about the 6.8 Western (Winchester/Browning) box


Do my reloads fit too?
The box is designed for CIP-compliant cartridges. Own loadings with longer overall length (long bullets, shallow seating depth) can get tight near the upper OAL limit – if in doubt, ask briefly in advance.


Does the lid pop open in the backpack?
No. A latch lock at the front keeps the hinge lid securely closed so it does not accidentally open during transport. To open, release the catch with your finger; the lid then folds backward. Slight manufacturing tolerances are possible.


Are
Are the boxes suitable for transport?
Yes, as an organization and storage box for the Range Bag. However, it is not a safety container according to WaffG/AWaffV and not a hazardous materials packaging.

Can the box withstand heat (e.g. the summer trunk)?
With normal room and cabinet storage, the box remains dimensionally stable. Like all PLA materials, it is not made for permanent heat – it should not be left in a hot summer trunk (well above 50 °C) for extended periods.

What are the tolerances in 3D printing?
Small manufacturing tolerances are normal in 3D printing. This does not affect the secure fit of the cartridges; a slight play remains due to the design, and the bullet nose is protected as much as possible.
