Slots designed according to CIP dimensions give each cartridge a firm, defined hold – play and rattling are minimized. Constructed according to CIP standard dimensions for 30-30 Winchester.


Hinge lid with latch closure
The lid is attached at the back with a hinge and folds fully backward – the cartridges then stand upright and ready to grab in the securely fitting insert. A latch closure at the front keeps the lid securely closed during transport; to open, simply release the latch.

Caliber marking in multicolor print
The caliber marking is multicolor integrated directly into the box print – permanent, without stickers or engraving. In a full gun cabinet, you immediately grab the right box.

We print every box here in Westerwald – no container import, no anonymous mass production. Printing is done mostly with solar power from our own 22-kWp photovoltaic system. Material: Filamelt PLA+ 2.0.


Frequently asked questions about the 30-30 Winchester box


Do my reloads fit too?
The box is designed for CIP-compliant cartridges. Custom loads with longer overall length (long bullets, shallow seating depth) can be tight near the upper OAL limit – if in doubt, ask briefly in advance.


Does the lid pop open in the backpack?
No. A latch closure at the front keeps the hinge lid securely closed so it won’t accidentally open during transport. To open, release the latch with your finger; the lid then folds backward. Slight manufacturing tolerances are possible.


Are the boxes suitable for transport?
Yes. As a storage and organization box, it accompanies you in the range bag. However, it is not a security container according to WaffG/AWaffV and not an approved hazardous goods packaging.


Can the box handle heat (e.g., summer trunk)?
Yes, it remains dimensionally stable under normal storage. High continuous heat – like in a hot car trunk in midsummer – is not suitable for PLA; the box is not intended for that.


What are the tolerances in 3D printing?
Small manufacturing tolerances are normal in 3D printing.
. The secure seating of the cartridges remains unchanged; a slight play remains due to the design, but the bullet tip is protected as much as possible.
