What makes the 22 TCM box special


Caliber-specific fit
Slots designed according to CIP dimensions give each cartridge firm, defined hold – play and rattling are minimized. Constructed according to CIP standard dimensions for 22 TCM.


Hinge lid with latch closure
The lid is attached at the back via a hinge and folds fully backward – the cartridges then stand upright and ready to grab in the securely seated insert. A latch closure at the front keeps the lid securely closed during transport; to open, simply release the catch.


Stable & durable
Thick walls, densely printed layers – the box holds reliably together in the gun cabinet, range bag, and on the go. Reusable, no disposable carton.


Caliber marking in multicolor print
The caliber marking is multicolored and directly integrated into the box print – permanent, without stickers or engraving. In a full gun cabinet, you immediately grab the right box.


For sport shooters, hunters, and reloaders


Reloaders: one box per load (powder type, charge, bullet) – batch cleanly separated and clearly marked in multicolor print instead of mixed loads.

Made in own production in Westerwald, piece by piece – instead of anonymous imports. The 3D printing runs largely on solar power from our own 22 kWp photovoltaic system. Material: Filamelt PLA+ 2.0.


Frequently asked questions about the 22 TCM box


Do my reloads fit too?
The box is designed for CIP-compliant cartridges. Own loadings with longer overall length (long bullets, shallow seating depth) can be tight near the upper OAL limit – if in doubt, ask briefly in advance.


Does the lid pop open in the backpack?
No. A latch closure at the front keeps the hinge lid securely closed so it does not open accidentally during transport. To open, release the catch with your finger; the lid then folds backward. Slight manufacturing tolerances are possible.


Are the boxes suitable for transport?
They are well suited for transport in the range bag – as an organizing and storage box. They do not replace a legally required safety container (WaffG/AWaffV) and are not hazardous material packaging.


Can the box withstand heat (e.g., summer trunk)?
Designed for room and cabinet temperature and permanently dimensionally stable there. PLA remains temperature sensitive: prolonged heat, such as in a heated summer trunk, is better avoided.


What are the tolerances in 3D printing?
Due to manufacturing, slight tolerances are possible. The cartridges still sit firmly in the slot – minimal residual play remains by design, and unnecessary pressure on the bullet nose is avoide
