The special feature of the M3 is its patented dual system: via a simple ring selector on the fore-end, the weapon can be switched within seconds from the extremely fast, inertia-driven semi-automatic (Inertia Driven System) to a classic, absolutely reliable pump-action shotgun. This allows easy switching between powerful hunting or sport cartridges and light or special loads.
