B&T Print-X RBS FullSize 7.62 / .30, INCONEL CERAKOTE Black M.A.R.S. Gen2

Now newly available as Generation 2! The difference is the significantly reduced muzzle flash. The Print-X Gen2 for caliber 7.62 has a larger diameter of 50mm and accordingly weighs a bit more. The pictures still show Gen1 with the smaller diameter!---The B&T Print-X RBS Standard (Fullsize) suppressor is part of the large suppressor family from the renowned Swiss manufacturer and the latest development using state-of-the-art laser sintering manufacturing processes. The suppressors of the Print-X line are made of Inconel, a high-temperature resistant nickel-iron alloy, or titanium, making these suppressors capable of withstanding fully automatic shooting – all suppressors of the Print-X RBS line are tested to military standards and withstand high volumes of fire without damage and are currently the only 3D-printed suppressors that meet the strict military requirements.

The Print-X models designed for MSR (Modern Sporting Rifle) and authorities come in 3 sizes:
Full Size, Compact & Sub-Compact. The diameter is the same for all 3 models – 44mm for Gen 1 and 50mm for .30 Gen2 – only the length varies. Accordingly, the more compact models have slightly lower suppression performance than the standard model.

These suppressors are offered by us as standard with RBS - Reduced Back Pressure. This technology generates less back pressure in the suppressor and is also known as "flow", "high flow" or "flow through". A suppressor with this technology works with semi-automatic rifles without an adjustable gas system because the bolt velocity is not, or only marginally, increased. However, such a suppressor is somewhat louder or does not suppress the bang as strongly, since part of the gases is vented forward to reduce pressure. The shooter's load is significantly lower, which is a considerable positive health factor, especially on indoor ranges.

Please note:

All systems require a corresponding muzzle brake or flash suppressor. For the Print-X made of Inconel, the adapter is made of coated stainless steel, for the Print-X made of titanium, the adapter is also made of titanium.
The BoreLock variant requires the toothed ring and therefore DOES NOT work on the muzzle attachments of Silent Steel or similar models without a toothed ring.
