Chinese camellia oil forms a thin, non-tacky protective layer on all metal surfaces. It protects tools, knives, and other metal items from corrosion.
Food safe:
Since it is a plant-based and non-toxic oil, it is ideal for use on kitchen utensils, cutlery, food-contact surfaces, and even wooden cutting boards.
Application:
Clean knives with water and let dry. Put a few drops on a soft cloth and apply thinly to the blade or wooden parts. Spread excess evenly and wipe off if necessary.
