RUSAN PICATINNY RAIL Sauer 100 / Sauer 101 The steel Picatinny rail manufactured by Rusan is a NATO-standardized, toothed rail for quick and repeatable mounting of accessories on firearms. Sighting devices and scopes can be easily mounted on it. The cross slots effectively absorb recoil forces through the positive connection, preventing the mounted parts from shifting, and also allow mounting at various distances or multiple devices in a row. The underside of the rail is not standardized but must be adapted to the contour of the firearm, with which it is usually screwed. Typically, the Picatinny rail is mounted directly on the firearm’s receiver. This steel rail fits the Sauer model 100 or 101 hunting rifle manufactured in 2020.
