For EVERY sale or purchase of firearms requiring a permit:
You need the so-called NWR-IDs – without these it won’t work!
These are usually printed on the back of the firearms license (WBK).
If not, you will receive them from your responsible firearms authority.
Please request your Stammblatt there. This Stammblatt contains all necessary
NWR-IDs.
The easiest way is to request the Stammblatt from the authority by email; usually
