The GSG Firefly is a 10% scaled-down semi-automatic pistol designed like a SIG SAUER P226 in caliber .22lr with the same system and safety features. It only differs from its bigger sister in the bolt, where a blowback system is used. Equipped with an ergonomic polymer grip frame and black plastic grip panels, single- and double-action trigger, Picatinny rail for mounting a laser or bridge mount, metal magazine, ambidextrous thumb safety, decocking lever, and adjustable sights. Additionally, the GSG Firefly features a magazine safety and a child safety that can be activated or deactivated with an included key. Popular with sport shooters but also with hunters as a versatile and affordable coup de grâce weapon for trap hunting.
