These historical traps were considered one of the most reliable of their kind among trappers worldwide. Advantages over the standard version lie in the design of the jaws and the closing force. The Super-Mag models have slightly inward-curved jaws, which close almost without gaps. Sometimes stronger springs were installed, providing higher closing speed and more closing force.
