The A-TEC Titan 45 is an exceptionally lightweight over-barrel suppressor for hunting and sporting rifles. Its 3D-printed construction made from Grade 5 titanium combines a low weight of only 235 g with high mechanical durability and approval for magnum calibers.With an outer diameter of 45 mm and an overall length of around 195 mm, the Titan 45 remains comparatively compact. About 51 mm of the suppressor extends backward over the barrel, so the weapon is only extended by about 144 mm from the barrel muzzle. This over-barrel design shifts part of the weight backward and supports balanced weapon handling.The 3D-printed internal structure is designed for efficient control of powder gases. In caliber .308 Winchester, a sound pressure reduction of up to 32 dB(C) is specified. A durable Cerakote finish protects the Titan suppressor during regular hunting and sporting use.The Titan 45 is offered for different caliber groups from .224 to .375. Mounting is done depending on the chosen version via a suitable thread adapter or the A-TEC A-LOCK system. This allows the suppressor to be configured to match the respective weapon and the existing barrel thread.Compatibility note:Before ordering, caliber group, barrel thread, barrel diameter, and mounting system must be checked. The maximum possible barrel diameter in the overlapping area is 23.7 mm.
