The Mauser Bolt-Action Rifle Mod. 66 in caliber 7x64 is a popular hunting rifle, produced between 1965 and 1995. The long gun has an overall length of 108cm and a barrel length of 65cm. This Mauser 66 repeater is already equipped with the more modern bolt holder of the 66S. The fore-end and pistol grip feature Scottish checkering. The pistol grip ends with an "Original Mauser" grip cap. The walnut stock with German cheekpiece is finished with a 1.5cm ventilated rubber recoil pad. There are 2 sling swivels on the stock. The bolt-action rifle is made entirely of steel and is very robust. The Mauser 66 has a 3-round magazine, loaded from the top. The rifle has a German set trigger. The two-position safety blocks the firing pin and is technically flawless. Mounted on the Mauser 66 is a Zeiss Diavari-Z 2.5-10x52 T* scope, with reticle 1, as well as elevation and windage adjustments via hook mount.
