The Spartan Precision Equipment Javelin Lite TL Bipod® is an especially lightweight, compact, and height-adjustable bipod for hunting and precision sport shooting. It was designed to be carried separately from the firearm in a pouch, holster, or backpack and only mounted within seconds when needed. The connection to the firearm is made via the patented MagnaSwitch™ quick-release system. This allows the bipod to be quickly attached to or removed from a compatible Spartan Classic adapter. Therefore, the firearm does not have to be permanently burdened with the bipod, while it is still immediately ready for use when needed. Unlike the Javelin Lite with fixed leg length, the TL version features height-adjustable twist-lock legs. By turning the lock, both legs can be extended, adjusted to the desired height, and then securely fixed again. The adjustment range of about 18.4 to 24.1 cm allows quick adaptation to different shooting positions and ground conditions. A lateral tilt of 15° to the left and right facilitates horizontal alignment of the firearm on uneven ground. Additionally, the swivel function allows movements of 30° to both sides. This enables tracking a target without having to completely realign the bipod. If needed, the swivel movement can be locked for fixed target alignment. Weighing only 180 g, the Javelin Lite TL is especially suitable for stalking, mountain hunting, and longer marches. The construction from hard-anodized 7075-T7351 aluminum and multilayer carbon fiber combines low weight with high stability and corrosion resistance. Robust steel tips provide secure grip on soft or difficult terrain. For hard and sensitive surfaces, attached plastic or rubber feet are available that can be placed over the tips.
