The pistol is in a very nice and well-maintained original condition. The bluing is very well preserved, the grip panels show only minor age-related signs of use. The mechanics work cleanly, the toggle lock runs smoothly. The weapon has not been subsequently reworked or altered, as far as can be seen.
The weapon is excellently suited as a collector's item for lovers of German ordnance weapons of the First World War.
