Firearm purchase and shipping within Germany

If you want to purchase an item by shipping, please note that we need your complete contact details including phone number. You will receive an email from us with an order confirmation in the form of a customer order. Please note, the order is sent as a PDF, please also check your spam folder. Here you will find all necessary information such as shipping costs and bank details. When purchasing firearms, we require your acquisition authorization in the following form:
For the purchase of handguns or long guns with a WBK with approved pre-entry, we always need the original WBK, as we as the transferor enter the model and serial number.
For the purchase of long guns by hunters, we need the hunting license or a certified copy! It is also possible to send us a scan by email but only in connection with the direct phone number and name of the responsible officer of your issuing authority.
Please note that we only ship with certified shipping companies that guarantee personal delivery. You must be able to identify yourself personally to the courier. Delivery usually takes place on weekdays between 8 a.m. and 4 p.m., but an alternative delivery address can be specified by arrangement. Scheduled deliveries are also possible but chargeable.

Firearm purchase and shipping to EU countries

Sales to EU countries are possible, but a so-called export permit from the recipient state is required.
To check transport costs, we need your complete address; without this, we cannot determine shipping costs.
If you want to purchase a firearm from the EU abroad, you will receive an order confirmation from us by email in the form of a so-called customer order, which includes the firearm number and bank details or the international bank account. The actual transport costs are also shown in the customer order. These must be paid in advance with the firearm price. You will receive this as a PDF file, please also check your spam folder.
Upon receipt of payment, the goods are firmly reserved for you. If no payment is received within 10 working days, the firearm may be released for sale again. You then have no claim to fulfillment of your order.
When you have received the EU export permit from your responsible regulatory authority, please send it to us in the original; you will receive it back with the ordered firearm. We will then apply for the German export permit. Depending on the workload at the authority, this can usually take 8-10 days, in individual cases also 2-3 weeks.
After that, the firearm will be shipped as soon as possible.

In general, we always need a phone number for foreign shipping, preferably mobile or a landline where you can be reached at any time for inquiries.
