Rangefinder The binoculars combine top optics with precise measuring function. The integrated inclinometer with unique angle shot program shows the corrected shooting distance or alternatively the angle. The EL RANGE delivers precise measurement results from a distance of 10 meters. Individual Ballistics Configure the binoculars via smartphone app according to your individual needs and personal ballistic data. Taking these and atmospheric data such as air pressure and temperature into account, it supports you in making an even more precise shot. Because besides the corrected shooting distance, you also get the corresponding number of necessary clicks for the scope. Tracking Assistant The integrated Tracking Assistant significantly facilitates tracking. It leads to the area where the shot landed. Depending on preferences, the assistance program can be used via smartphone or the EL Range. Ballistics Three individual ballistic curves can be uploaded to the EL Range TA via a built-in Bluetooth interface. Unlike all other settings, which can also be made via the binoculars themselves, the configuration of ballistics is only possible via the EL Range TA Configurator App. Distance Measurement The distance measurement of the EL Range TA is based on a runtime measurement using laser. The measurable range is from min. 10 m to max. 2000 m. Single Measurement – By briefly pressing the measurement button, the target mark appears. After releasing the button, the measured distance is displayed on the screen. Scan Mode – Moving targets are continuously measured in scan mode. The device automatically switches to scan mode when the measurement button is pressed for longer than 3 seconds. In addition to measuring distance, the measured angle is taken into account via an inclinometer. Temperature and air pressure are also measured, as these parameters can have a decisive influence on the bullet's trajectory, especially at very long shooting distances. However, atmospheric data can only be considered if 3 an individual ballistics has been transferred to the device.
With the second display line activated, you can have the corrected shooting distance or the correction value for holdover or the number of clicks to be made displayed – this is calculated considering distance, shooting angle, temperature, air pressure, and is based on the ballistics uploaded via the app. Alternatively, the second line can also show the tilt angle or direction (compass). The reticle and display are located in the right optical channel of the EL Range TA. In the LIGHT menu, you can select the preferred display brightness level (5 levels). The binocular automatically adjusts the display brightness based on the selected brightness level and ambient light conditions.

The optical concept of the EL Range TA is a complete new development. It impresses with a large field of view (140 m or 120 m / 1000 m) with maximum edge sharpness. Excellent contrast and high transmission values (90% on both sides) complete the optical package and guarantee top performance even in difficult lighting conditions.

Battery
The battery (type CR2) is located in the focusing wheel of the EL Range TA. When the battery capacity is low, this is indicated by a blinking reticle when turning on the EL Range TA. About 100 measurements are still possible from then on. The battery should be replaced immediately. The cover can be opened using the supplied coin key.
