Machined housing parts from solid certified 7075-T6 aluminum. Manufactured in the in-house machine shop located in Triefenstein, Unterfranken. For production, we use state-of-the-art milling machines from DMG Mori. Simultaneously produced “fingerrests”, chamfered magazine wells, and integrated trigger guards are just a few features.

High-precision drawn (Button Rifled) HERA match barrel made from 42CrMo4. All THE 9ers barrels are honed 100% as opposed to the often common method of rubbing. All barrels are stress-relieved and manufactured with minimal tolerances through various production steps.

All THE 15th models are delivered with an MPI tested bolt group. As one of the few companies in Europe, we uncompromisingly use one of the most proven testing methods to ensure consistently high quality. Additionally, all bolt groups are shot peened and nitrided according to military specifications.

The model 08040 is delivered with a CCS stock manufactured in-house. The CCS combines an adjustment mechanism and clamping on the buffer tube in one step. Innovation Made in Germany, Unterfranken.

45/90 degree MPSS safety from our house. Delivered with 5 different safety levers and a cover cap. For each color, there are 25 combination options for a perfect fit for the shooter. Currently, it is probably the most configurable safety on the market.

Secured spare parts supply. With one of the highest in-house production shares, including polymer products such as stocks, magazines, grips, or foregrips, we ensure a future-proof product Made in Germany. In terms of spare parts supply, repair, or service, we can generally do without purchased parts from abroad.
