The Heckler & Koch MR223 A3 Lower Receiver is the complete lower receiver with all controls, stock, and recoil system. It is an original part, assembled at the HK factory in Oberndorf. The A3 standard includes fully ambidextrous controls – bolt catch, safety & magazine release. With a commercial outer diameter but a Mil-Spec thread, the buffer tube is a hybrid but can be replaced with a pure Mil-Spec buffer tube if needed to allow the use of a variety of stocks. Manufactured to the highest standards with high-quality coatings and fits, this lower receiver provides the perfect base for a custom AR15. Compatible with Mil-Spec AR15 upper receivers and conversion systems, it offers the user a wide range of options.

Please note:
The installed trigger is optimized for .223 Remington; using other calibers may lead to restrictions. The trigger can be swapped for a standard AR15 trigger, but then a tuning safety must be used.

Purchasable for hunters (with annual hunting license as for long guns) and sport shooters. Since this is a leading firearm part, sport shooters need a corresponding prior entry in the green firearms license (WBK). The use of conversion systems must be clarified in advance with the responsible authority, as the receiver has no own caliber! If a complete firearm is assembled from this with separate parts, a manufacturing authorization is required!
