B&T Picatinny mounting rail for SIG SG 550, with quick release

The B&T NAR low profile rail for SIG550 is a Picatinny rail for all SIG55X models with fixed drum diopter and prism on the housing in front of the handguard. The mounting rail is simply slid into the prism. The rail is made of anodized aluminum, and the locking elements for the prism and the stop are made of phosphated steel. This variant features a tool-free quick-mount system; by pressing the side buttons, the locking is released, the mount is inserted into the counter plates on the weapon, and locked in place - fully mounted.

Please note: The B&T AG currently uses the NAR, the NATO Accessory Rail, which is a modified version of the well-known Picatinny rail with improved repeat accuracy and tolerance. For the user, the NAR is fully compatible with Picatinny.
