High-strength connection, slightly flexible and shatterproof. Does not drip, is easily moldable, sandable, and can be overpainted with many painting systems. Resistant to water, saltwater, coolant, oil, as well as many chemicals and conditionally resistant to fuel. Application area: For the repair of bumpers, spoilers, grilles, trim clips, brackets (e.g., headlights), as well as broken plastic parts and trims. Sand the surface if possible, clean and degrease thoroughly with PETEC Multi Cleaner (Art.-No. 82200 or 82100). For low-energy plastics (PE, PET, PP, PTFE), we recommend using a plastic primer (Art.-No. 98315) for adhesion promotion. Remove the closure cap, squeeze out the required amount of adhesive and mix, or attach the mixing nozzle (Art.-No. 98510), discard the first centimeter (avoid pauses of more than one minute, as the adhesive also cures in the mixing nozzle), and apply unilaterally to the bonding area. Join the materials to be bonded within one minute. After use, close the double syringe with the closure cap. Post-processing (e.g., sanding, painting) is only possible after the adhesive has cured. Solvent-based paints and other media can block or destroy the curing. Due to the variety of applications, materials, and other influencing factors, a self-test and suitability check are required.
