The Schmeisser SP15 LMR (Long Match Rifle) in caliber .223 Remington is a high-performance straight-pull rifle designed specifically for the demands of modern dynamic shooting sports disciplines such as IPSC, 3-Gun, and Steel Challenge. As a representative of the renowned Schmeisser SP15 series, it offers AR-15-based handling, which, thanks to the manual, particularly smooth straight-pull bolt mechanism without gas operation, allows for an extremely rapid rate of fire while maintaining a consistently stable shooting position.

The weapon features a fluted, free-floating match barrel with an IPSC-compliant NOREC compensator that minimizes recoil and maximizes precision by reducing barrel vibrations. The technical equipment is complemented by a two-stage match trigger that ensures a smooth and precise shot release. All controls – such as safety, magazine release, charging handle, and bolt catch – are ambidextrous, making the weapon an ideal choice for both left- and right-handed shooters. The slim M-LOK handguard also provides a flexible platform for attaching tactical accessories or weights to individually optimize the weapon's balance.
