The CZ 557 Ranger in caliber .308 Winchester is a versatile bolt-action rifle manufactured in the Czech Republic, specifically designed for daily hunting use. As a limited special model of the proven 557 series, the Ranger impresses with high functionality and robust construction. The system is made of solid steel and features a proven direct trigger that can be finely adjusted to ensure precise and controlled shot release. With its handy 520 mm short barrel, it is excellent for use in driven hunts, tracking, or for sitting in confined conditions.

The Ranger version offers a range of practical features that set it apart from the standard models. These include a factory-mounted, extended Picatinny rail for easy and flexible optics mounting, as well as a muzzle thread (M14x1) that allows for the use of suppressors or compensators. The model has a robust synthetic stock (including adjustable cheek piece). Feeding is done via a reliable detachable magazine that holds 4 cartridges as standard.
