It is a single-action percussion revolver with a six-shot cylinder for round balls or suitable lead projectiles in caliber .36, operated with black powder or appropriately approved substitute propellant. Ignition occurs via percussion caps placed on the nipple of the cylinder chambers. Euroarms revolvers of this type are usually made of steel and combined with brass parts, especially on the trigger guard and possibly frame sections, and fitted with wooden grip panels.
