For sale is a true classic of the Cold War in above-average good condition: A Bulgarian Makarov (PM) from 1991. This semi-automatic pistol combines historical significance with the proverbial reliability of Eastern European designs and is excellent for collectors, hunting applications, or sport shooters looking for something special.

Bulgarian Makarov pistols, manufactured at the renowned state arsenal Circle 10, enjoy an excellent reputation among connoisseurs for their uncompromising robustness, high reliability, and excellent material quality. This specimen comes from the transitional year 1991 and combines proven military manufacturing with an excellent state of care. The sharp barrel profile and overall condition rated 1- emphasize the minimal wear of this historically significant handgun.
Compact Design and Proven System Technology

The Makarov operates with a classic recoil-operated locking system, known for its trouble-free functionality. The single/double action trigger offers maximum flexibility in firing, while the original plastic grip panels provide perfect hold. With an overall length of 162 mm and a barrel length of 93 mm, the weapon remains extremely compact and feels very balanced in daily use or at the shooting range.
Accessories and Availability of Magazines

In addition to the weapon itself, one magazine is already included in the delivery. For the ambitious shooter or collector, the setup can be easily expanded. Condition:

The original bluing is largely very well preserved (approx. 90–95%). There is minimal, typical edge wear in the front area of the slide muzzle area, see photo.
Grip panels: The reddish-brown Bakelite grip panels with the distinctive star are in clean condition, without cracks or deep dents.
Markings: The weapon features modern proof marks and the caliber laser engraving "9mmMakar." on the right grip side (see photo), which is mandatory for the legal civilian market in Europe.
