Aimpoint COA® R 3.5 MOA - Red Dot Sight with A-CUT® Interface for Hunting Rifles

Aimpoint® COA® R is designed for use on hunting firearms with a focus on longer shooting distances and diverse hunting scenarios. The COA R, with its lightweight, tubeless design, and quick target acquisition from the COA platform, is built for speed, accuracy, and rapid follow-up shots in dynamic hunting situations. It provides a compact optical solution for hunters seeking a clear, unobstructed view and quick target acquisition on rifle platforms. To ensure flexible mounting, the COA R uses a special mounting plate that converts the A-CUT® base into a MICRO™-compatible interface (#PA000700 - sold separately and required for all MICRO mounts). The use of the AIMPOINT MICRO mount is only possible when this mounting plate is installed. It allows compatibility with existing MICRO mounting solutions while maintaining the mechanically locked system that prevents screws from entering the display housing. The result is a stable and repeatable mount that instills confidence for precision shooting at greater distances.

Mounting the COA R on Rifles
For mounting your COA R sight on your rifle, you have the following two options:
You can either use a special A-CUT mount that allows the mounting of the COA R without additional adapter plates, or use the A-CUT Mount Plate – MICRO interface conversion kit (see illustration). The adapter plate allows the use of the COA R with most mounts originally designed for the MICRO series of red dot sights. For hunters who desire the speed and clarity of the COA platform on a rifle, the Aimpoint® COA® R offers a compact and precise red dot sight.
