The FBT INCA AIR 50 is the most powerful representative of the INCA AIR series and has been developed for users who want to combine maximum weight reduction with very high suppression performance despite a large caliber range. It unites a large-volume 50 mm design with an ultralight hybrid construction made of 3D printed titanium and carbon.
The internal flow architecture is designed for maximum gas expansion and significantly reduces the muzzle blast. At the same time, recoil and muzzle rise are noticeably minimized, resulting in significantly improved control, especially with powerful hunting and sport calibers. The optimized gas routing also ensures a uniform sound profile and reduces the first shot effect.
Despite its large design, the INCA AIR 50 remains exceptionally light, providing very good weapon balance. The combination of a titanium internal structure and carbon shell ensures high temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, and a long service life even with intensive use.
The self-cleaning internal geometry supports low deposit formation through continuous gas flow and ensures consistently stable suppression performance over many shot cycles.
