The Vortex Sport Cantilever Mount is a simple yet stable mount designed for AR15 semi-automatics and similar weapon systems. With a 2-inch (approx. 50mm) offset and an optical axis of 1.5" (38.1mm) - the co-witness height of the AR15 - it is perfectly tailored to this weapon platform and provides the shooter with a cost-effective and reliable interface between weapon and optics. No Bells, no Whistles - just engraved torque specifications to ensure the screws are not tightened too much. These are Torx screws with T-25 drive for secure mounting.
