The BCM KeyMOD Quick Detachable Sling Mount is a ball pressure adapter for attaching rifle slings. Made entirely of steel, this QD mount features a flat, streamlined, and rounded profile to minimize bulk and prevent snagging on gear. The sling does not rotate freely in the mount but can be locked in 8 positions - for a stable yet optimally adjustable fit of the rifle slings. The space requirement corresponds to three consecutive KeyMOD slots.

Please note:

Experience shows that American QD mounts do not necessarily work with German ball pressure systems! We CANNOT guarantee compatibility with Heckler & Koch as well as EraTac/Recknagel QDR systems! The QDM slings we offer from Magpul should work without issues.

KeyMOD is similar but NOT compatible with the HKey system used by Heckler & Koch!

Important: Always check the strength of your QD sling swivels / your slings in such adapters before shouldering the weapon to ensure that they do not loosen from normal pulling/twisting. There are many manufacturers (stocks from Daniel Defense, Schmeisser, HERA, Oberland Arms, etc.). Production tolerances cannot be ruled out here. Adapters/slings from the same manufacturer should generally fit and hold together 1000%.
