The Vortex Diamondback Tactical 4-16x44 FFP MRAD is an excellent riflescope for both tactical and hunting applications. The EBR-2C reticle is integrated on the first focal plane (FFP) and offers the advantage that the reticle enlarges with the zoom, providing an extended grid visible for trajectory matching in MRAD. Those who have internalized the tables can quickly implement accurate trajectory predictions with just a few adjustments, thanks to the simple MRAD conversion.

The optical 4x system provides very good edge sharpness, excellent light transmission, and high resolution for perfect target acquisition at any magnification range. The exposed tactical turrets are designed to be extra flat for optimal handling, and the parallax adjustment is mounted on the side to prevent parallax errors at distances from 18.2 m to infinity.

The Vortex is also solidly constructed, shockproof, and weather-resistant - a good purchase recommendation that performs well at medium distances.
