TIMNEY HOWA 1-Stage Trigger for 2-Position Safety

The Timney Triggers Howa Trigger Upgrade is a drop in trigger for the Howa 1500 / Weatherby Vanguard platform. The trigger is factory set to 3 pounds (approx. 1.360g) and can be adjusted by the shooter - the trigger weight can be adjusted from approx. 800g to approx. 1.800g. The sear engagement is also adjustable, but it is not recommended to change this setting! The safety blocks the trigger mechanism, the trigger does not move in the secured state.

The trigger is available in two variants:

2-position safety

the classic
1. unsecured - 2. trigger locked, chamber unlocked
suitable for most older Howas

3-position safety

the hunting version
1. unsecured - 2. trigger locked, chamber unlocked - 3. trigger locked, chamber locked
corresponds to the safety of the Howas we offer

The installation is done without modifications to the firearm, a professional installation is recommended!
