The new GLOCK 34 Gen5 FS M.O.S. is a pistol from Glock's Standard series in caliber 9 mm Luger. Compared to the previous generation, Glock has given the weapon a new, even more resistant nDLC coating and made the slide stop lever ambidextrous. High improved precision through the new Marksman barrel and an optimized sighting system with a larger gap between rear and front sight distinguish this generation from the past.

Other firearm manufacturers refer to such weapon models as OR pistols, meaning pistols that are Optic Ready, prepared for red dot sights.
