This soft ballistic insert from PGD can be used in plate carriers or vests to provide a foundation for ICW plates (In Conjunction With) so that they can fully realize their protective effect. These inserts use the same materials and have the same construction as the bulletproof PGD Delta vest, making them a fully functional protective equipment on their own, offering protection against projectiles, shrapnel, and stabbing weapons. The ballistic protection meets NIJ Type IIIA, up to .357 SIG/.44 MAG, and the stab protection meets NIJ Level 2, S1 up to 55 Joules.
The ballistic fabric is sealed in a water- and UV-proof cover, and the manufacturer offers a 7-year warranty (the NIJ standard requires 5 years).
Perfect in combination with the ultralight PE protective plate also offered by us.
