With the A-Lock Mini thread adapter from A-TEC, you can attach your A-Tec Optima or H2 silencer to the barrel in just a few seconds with a simple 60° turn. This eliminates the hassle of screwing and unscrewing, and you can use the same silencer on multiple caliber-matching firearms with different barrel threads – a real advantage. How it works:
Simply order the A-Lock Mini adapter that fits your barrel thread and screw it onto your barrel (to prevent accidental loosening, the manufacturer recommends using a thread locker (Loctite, etc. for attachment).

You must also order an A-TEC silencer from the OPTIMA or H2 line. If you already have an A-TEC Optima or Hertz 2 silencer, it must of course already be compatible with the A-Lock adapter (if your A-TEC silencer already has a standard threaded hole, you cannot use the A-Lock system).

If you own a silencer with the A-LOCK screw system, it is important to ensure that the A-LOCK Mini adapter is correctly attached to the barrel! It is best to consult your gunsmith using the A-LOCK MINITOOL:

- Check that the firearm is unloaded and remove the bolt.
- Degrease/Clean the thread on the A-LOCK Mini adapter as well as on the barrel.
- Apply a thread locker (Loctite® 638) to the barrel thread.
- Attach the A-LOCK Mini adapter with the A-LOCK MINITOOL special tool and moderate torque (6-8 Nm) to the barrel and tighten it. Do not apply excessive force, as this may damage the A-LOCK Mini thread.
- Remove any excess adhesive.
- Wait briefly until the adhesive is dry and apply grease to the adapter.
- Screw the silencer onto the barrel a few times and check the fit and alignment.
