The BoreLock muzzle brake from ASE UTRA is the perfect addition for ASE UTRA silencers with BoreLock (BL) system. Attach this 2-part muzzle brake to your rifle and mount a BL silencer if needed with just a few simple steps directly onto the muzzle brake. Order the BoreLock muzzle brake suitable for your barrel thread and caliber. The BoreLock quick-change system allows for quick silencer mounting, and with caliber-matching firearms, you can easily swap silencers.

PLEASE NOTE:
Heckler & Koch uses an M15x1 muzzle thread with a shoulder between the thread and barrel on the MR308/HK417, MR223/HK416, and HK243/G36. MR223 & MR338 have the same geometry, so for the MR223, the .30 Hiper-S should be used, not the .223 Hiper-S. Normal M15x1 adapters fit this thread but do not rest against the barrel. Therefore, Ase-Utra offers the Hiper-S muzzle brakes we provide with a corresponding relief cut so that the adapter can rest against the barrel. These include:

- Hiper Normal Flash Hider: .223 / Thread M15x1 for HK243/G36
- Hiper-S Flash Hider .30 / Thread M15x1 for HK MR308 & MR223
- Hiper Normal Flash Hider .30 / Thread M15x1 for HK MR308 & MR223

These Bore Lock adapters do NOT fit other M15x1 muzzle threads without this shoulder! Currently, Ase Utra does not offer any muzzle brakes with this relief cut, so we always recommend the corresponding Hiper MFD for HK firearms.

Versions:

The "S" in Hiper-S stands for Short, meaning that for DUAL-Short silencers, the Short version is mandatory for the desired "Hiper Flash Brake," but the normal long DUAL silencers can also be used (but not vice versa).

This MFD can ONLY be used with the normal AseUtra silencers and does not fit "Short" models. For other silencer manufacturers, it is advisable to choose the Hiper-S, as the normal variant may be too long.
