Whether you want to remove combustion residues from a rifled or smooth barrel - with Robla Solo MIL, you are on the right track. With regular and correct application, you can improve shooting precision (in the presence of bullet residues).

Robla Solo MIL is a special mixture that contains ammonia. This formula is capable of removing not only impurities from copper, tombak, and zinc but also lead, which is considered the greatest obstacle to the precision of the weapon. Steel, chrome, and nickel remain unaffected by Robla Solo MIL.

Application: For metal deposits, introduce Robla Solo MIL into the barrel, which is closed on one side with a cork or rubber stopper (recommendation: Ballistol rubber cork), and let it act for several hours, preferably overnight in case of extreme contamination. Always fill the barrel to the brim. For less contamination, several passes with Robla Solo MIL (e.g., with Ballistol felt, wadding, or barrel cord) are sufficient. Never leave the barrel for an extended period if it is only moistened with Robla Solo MIL. The contained ammonia will otherwise evaporate, and the remaining water in combination with organic salts can then cause pitting corrosion. The barrel completely filled with Robla Solo MIL can be stored overnight without concern.

Green to blue color indicates dissolved copper and tombak, while lead and zinc dissolve colorlessly.

Afterward, pull the barrel through several times dry and spray with Ballistol Universalöl, Gunex, or GunCer. After the dry pull-through, the barrel must be oiled, as otherwise, pitting can occur on the inner surface of the barrel.
