The Leupold Mark 4 AR mount is specifically designed for AR15 and AR 10 semi-automatics when modularity and insensitivity to high shot loads are sought. The slim and monolithic design is based on the ultra-stable Mark AR mount, but the clamping jaws are split and tightened with 1/2" (13mm) external hex screws - the three nuts of the MARK AR remain intact. The excellent distribution of recoil forces is complemented by a quick and uncomplicated (de)mounting.

With an optical axis of approximately 3.6cm, the mount is designed for the standard height of the AR platform, and the long ring spacing allows for a large range of eye relief.
