The Midwest Industries Combat Fixed Front Sight is a front sight for Picatinny mounting. Designed for the standard sight height of the AR15, it is suitable for a "flat top" handguard or a Picatinny rail at the same height as the gas block. The sight uses the standard M16 A2 front post, allowing for height adjustment of 1.5 MOA (approximately 4.35cm/100m) per click, but also offers the option to swap the front post with third-party products, depending on preference.

The sight is available in two versions, which differ in the type of sight picture - the sight height and the used post type are not affected:
