The VORTEX Razor HD 4000 GB is a high-quality laser rangefinder for hunters and shooters. With the integrated GeoBallistics® technology, the shooter receives reliable ballistic data for phenomenal accuracy, ensuring that even the first shot is a success. However, much more is possible through the app connection: the integration of environmental sensors or the storage of individual rifle and bullet profiles, and finally a combination with Kestrel® devices enable an unprecedented superior shooting performance.

Especially for long-distance shots where a "test shot" cannot be made, this rangefinder with ballistic support is indispensable. The Razor HD 4000 GB offers 4 different target modes. Thanks to the angle-compensated HCD technology (Horizontal Component Distance), the device also provides critical distance data for precise shot execution. The display is kept simple and clear for quick range measurement. In SCAN mode, distance values are continuously displayed, e.g., when panning during wildlife observation.

- Integrated GeoBallistics® solver - Connects with the GeoBallistics® app to create individual rifle profiles and access a complete bullet library
- Integrated compass and sensors for humidity, barometric pressure, and temperature
- Wind direction capture mode - Uses the integrated compass to capture wind direction
- Ability to pair with popular Kestrel® devices via the GeoBallistics® app (see info below)

The 4 different target modes:

- Normal mode: Displays the strongest distance result. This mode is intended as the main mode and is ideal for most situations.
- First mode: Displays the shortest distance when multiple objects are detected. Perfect for capturing smaller targets in front of larger, more reflective objects.
- Last mode: Displays the distance of the farthest detected target. This mode is recommended for concealed targets, e.g., when branches or bushes obstruct the view.
- ELR mode (Extreme Long Range): Ideal for extremely long distances. A slightly longer reaction time allows for extended distances and is best used on a tripod.

The 2 wind modes:

Perfect for achieving precise measurements under varying wind conditions

- Full Crosswind mode: Here, it is assumed that the wind is blowing perpendicular to the measurement direction. This mode is ideal for quick wind inputs and simple shooting setups.
- Wind Bearing Capture mode: Uses the integrated compass to capture wind direction regardless of the user's orientation. This mode is ideal when the wind comes from unusual angles, changes significantly in direction and speed, or when you frequently change position and direction.
