The Eotech EFLX is the manufacturer's first reflex sight, known for its holographic sights. The Micro Reflex Sight is primarily designed for use on pistols but can also be used on shotguns, hunting rifles, MSRs, or as a backup sight for scopes. The sight uses the Leupold Delta Point Pro footprint and is therefore compatible with the current compact SigSauer interfaces (e.g., P320 X-Five Legion, P226 X-Five Supermatch) and of course all mounts for this standard.

The large sight window has the same aspect ratio as the Holosights to allow for quick target acquisition, and the lens is clear and distortion-free. The sturdy housing is made of aluminum with a top-accessible battery compartment. The CR2032 battery keeps the reticle running for about 20,000-25,000 hours (medium setting). The reticle can be manually adjusted in 8 daylight and one night vision setting. The product is rounded off by the repeatable click adjustment with a sensitivity of 1 MOA (approximately 2.9cm/100m).
