The Weatherby Vanguard Weatherguard Bronze features a polymer stock in Monte Carlo design and a Cerakote finish. The slender barrel offers excellent shooting behavior despite its small diameter, but is clearly designed for hunting use. The Weatherby Vanguard models have been manufactured by Howa in Japan since 1970 and are based on the well-known Howa 1500, with final assembly taking place at Weatherby in Wyoming. All Vanguards come with a 3-position safety and an adjustable two-stage trigger. This model also features a fluted bolt.

The Vanguard Weatherguard Bronze offers a Cerakote finish in "Burnt Bronze" on the barrel and receiver and in "Graphite Black" on the bolt and chamber handle, the polymer stock is adorned with hand-sprayed bronze accents to enhance grip and features a Monte Carlo cheek piece and an enlarged pistol grip. The perfect weapon for precise hunting at long distances.
